Well, she's missing the trademark scar, but other then that, yea, it's the spitting image of Katarina. Not sure if intentional, though...

It may look like katarina from lol... But...

2 things make me say no.

Those swords, they don't match any that she uses in any skin...

And on her left eye, as you can see there is no scar.

So it is just generic fantasy character...

This is not Katarina. Zeronis, the author, is the artist who drew the concept art for Zyra and several other champions and maybe he had Katarina influence him but in his words: "This was the second cover art I did for the Massive Online Gamer magazine. The Chief Editor asked me to create a character that would exist in WoW universe and make her sort of "eye catching"."
