Well in the "what" tag's defence, it looks like his leg is between hers or has simply vanished, and while I guess it's possible to penetrate someone from that position it doesn't make much sense, phsysiologically. Kind of like if you tried to stab someone with a knife in the head by first going through their chest. (kind of a morbid example but the best I can think of.) Three cheers for overly serious responses to hentai images!
