Well anon 6, it's more along the lines that in her effort to escape her loneliness, she worked on the planet for millions of years, going about selective evolution until she got humans and other things.
And then Alice the first just goes and creates monster girls by mixing her own DNA with all of the things Ilias finally created after all that work.
Basically mooching off of all of Ilias's work and effectively pissing her off royally.
Not to mention the nature of the monster girls seducing the humans and taking attention away from Ilias, which only infuriated her even more.
So, combine that with billions of years of loneliness and a fear of being lonely again and you have what seems to be an insane Ilias to everyone else.
I honestly think she had her reasons.
