@bigb: Raiga was an anime filler-only character. But I'm sure they could explain it as he inherited the swords from Ringo. She died of an incurable disease well before that filler took place.

@bigb : like you said, Raiga wielded those swords, but Ringo is actually his predecessor. ;)

And yes, Raiga is indeed canon, only his expanded story is anime-only. The trick with Raiga being that the expanded story came years before he was shown (as reference) in the manga, hence most likely Kyrial's mistake in making him non-canon. ;)
