1250034, if those are my only choices, I would definitely free them. I wouldn't even require a reward for doing so, but if one were offered, I probably wouldn't turn it down.

I suggest a third choice for this scenario: asking Erza and Lucy if they voluntarily entered their bondage. If they did, then ask if either or both of them would like some sex. The answer would likely be "yes" in this scenario, but if "no", respect their wishes and leave them to their bondage.

If they didn't voluntarily enter their bondage, freeing them is the only good choice.
