Uhhh actually you're far less likely to find a girl who grins like the Joker during sex. You imagine getting a huge thing shoved into you like that. It's good, but not exactly painless all the time. And it's not smiling, laughing, ha ha hee hee good either.

I don't think Anon1 is wrong, though... this girl's face is not :O but with her eyebrows in a saddened position (at least that's how sadness is portrayed in cartoons like anime), her mouth is shut tight (ok, this does not *necessarily* mean she's not enjoying it, but it can), and her body language is passive or even withdrawn, which is never a good sign (if the girl is enjoying it and passionate, she leans her body in to her partner).

So I think this is connected to the Japanese having a fetish for innocent girls who are reluctant and/or embarrassed to be having sex (which signals an imagined virginal virtue as well as innocence).
