Okay, so my Japanese is super bad, but from what I can tell, lil Jotaro is crying because his dad promised that they'll be celebrating a birthday together (probably Jotaro's?), but alas, he has business to attend, so he can't be around. Holly is telling Jota to say 'bye' to dad, and that "Boys don't cry", but he's just too upset. Dad says "Sorry, I'll be back soon. Look after your mom" That's kinda what's going on in the video that Joseph shows everyone, and Jotaro is obviously not happy about this leaked footage. :P
