one on the background is a catgirl but my only guess is she is related to Leon. But the only catgirl that even comes close to her would be Leon's mom who has no name and only appears in the manga.

The woman in back, is named Shina Swallowmane. A character from the Star Ocean: The Second Story, drama CD.
