That would be Tenshi Hinanawis signature move in SWR.. She plunges the Sword of Hisou into the ground and pushes the earth she is standing on upwards.. I guess the artist thought it would be cute if she got stranded on her own earth pillars?.. Hmm Hmm.

Well, she isn't a goddess. But she can still fly. Just about everyone in touhou can fly canonically.. But cute pictures like this wouldn't be possible if you had the mindset that any predicament could be escaped by sheer power and ability.
