Mio doesn't have blue eyes, and I've never seen her wear a hair clip. It looks like her shirt and tie are supposed to be a school uniform, and Mio's tie is nothing like that. Also, her boobs are too small. The only thing that makes her look like Mio is the hime cut, and the shimapan, both of which are VERY common. I guess the shape of her eyes is similar as well, but that too is very common, especially on characters with a hime cut.
