The whole head was shopped on, and badly... look at her neck. The skin clearly changes color at the clavicle.

Uhh, as to the whole debate as to whether this is shopped or not, the answer is that I did shop it. I removed blemishes, slightly changed the shape of the head, and gave her more curves. The original picture can be found here: www.animevice.com/nami/18...crossplay_nami/83-527557/
