First she's saying "Shake", then "Other paw," then "Come." Thing is, when you tell a dog to come, it's pronounced "chinchin", which is the same way you say "dick." Although the pun also works in English if you think of the double meaning for "come".
The first time she says it he responds "Hey." The second time, it's "Why you little..."
