Karin was more for Sasuke's penis, while Sakura actually loves the guy. It has been stated Sakura is in love with him. If you can't see why Sakura can't give up on him, you're pretty oblivious.

Ino actually agreed to allow Sasuke to be branded a missing-nin and therefore be hunted down and killed. She's pretty much over him too.

At this point, Naruto and Sakura are the only two who still give a damn. It's really degrading.

^ I wouldn't say Ino actually agrees to eliminating Sasuke since the majority of Konoha 11 agrees to it which leaves Sakura and Ino with no other choice.

If you read the recent chapters, when Ino was talking to her father, she still cares about Sasuke.
