Superman doesn't concern about sex because: a) he's decent and won't force anyone into sex; b) he's a powerhouse and can't be forced into sex either; c) he probably has a super-abstinence; d) he'd probably kill his partner during a sex act.
As for Batman, he's a shady person and doesn't want to get involved into those kinds of things, yet he still gets attention of women. And you know why? Because he's BATMAN!

The point here is that all of Batman's love interests are super-aggressive (as portrayed here, anyways), and that doesn't please Batman, because he's a brooding anti-hero who needs love, not abuse.
Supes on the other hand, is in a healthy relationship with Lois Lane and probably gets some every. Single. Night.
He even gets a little "good luck" present bag thing.
It's yet another comparison between Bats and Supes.
