take a look at their hannd signs and their earrings they have the same sign as the belt buckles of blade,garren,chalice and leangle from kamen rider blade it made a reference to it.

It also is the sign they make after transforming. Cure Heart, Cure Diamond, Cure Sword and Cure Rosetta.
This on the other hand is named after playing cards:
The heart, The diamond, The sword (Spade), and the rosetta (clubs).
