This is after Crono dies and the Kingdom of Zeal falls. Anyone else recognize the cliff and ocean? Lucca and Frog are using, Red Pin, I think.

This actually reminds me a lot of the cover of the game itself, where they're shown fighting Heckran outside, with coats on, with Marle and Lucca using the wrong elements.

Ie; don't sweat it, this kind of thing works for this game.

Actually, Marle DOES have a technique that throws what appears to be fire. It's part of a combination attack, but I don't remember which one. I'm pretty sure it was a Triple-Tech, though. I think it's supposed to represent raw magical power, rather than actual fire.
