Enkidu has neither a penis or a vagina. They are genderless, a weapon created by the gods in Mesopotsmia lore. Molded from clay by the gods, Enkidu is able to transform their shape into anything they wish, incliding weapons. Their original shape was basically a blob with eyes. After meeting a green haired girl who took them in and cared for them, Enkidu developed emotions and learned much from the girl, who happened to be a prostitute too. After the green haired girl passed away, Enkidu took her body's shape using their clay form, out of reverence and memory of her.
