Bug invasions have nothing to do with the state of the houses. I have seen perfectly clean houses being invaded bugs (mostly ants) with no purpose.

But Naruto would never take advantage of Hinata like that. He would consider himself the happiest man alive and consider himself lucky and be grateful about it.
