To be honest, I think if any of them were sisters it'd be Ruby and Blake.

As far as I know, though, when Ruby said 'Sis', she meant it like how when you run into your friend you say 'Hey bro'.

They technically all have their weapons on them. You can see Ruby's scythe-rifle 'sheathed' under her cloak, Blake's sword-gun-whip-thing is sheathed behind her right shoulder angled under her left, and Yang's collapse into being bracelets.

It makes me wonder if RaptorMan is hiding one in the mic or boa.
