She did mention to Link how she manipulated his feelings by making sure HE would be the chosen one because he cared about her. She did apology for it though...also Skyward Sword might mirror the SS badge on the uniform, AND SS Zelda's flirting with Link usually involved pushing him off a cliff, the very first time was almost fatal.

In short, SS Zelda enjoys slightly (but playfully) torturing those close to her. Or just Link <_<
