Saying Touhou characters are stronger than DBZ characters makes no sense, and its not even about fanboyism.
Sure, the strongest Touhou characters might be able to fuck with reality, but most "divine" beings in DBZ can do so as well. Heck, the dragon can revive/erase entire races, restore/destroy planets, turn mortals into immortals, etc, etc...and yet, none of these things matter squat to the strongest characters because they can't be affected negatively by them by virtue of their ridiculously high power levels.
In b4 shitstorm though, because the trend nowadays is to support the little girls with superpowers and believe no one is above them.

In DB universe there are stated limits, but what is your reasoning that those limits apply to how touhou powers work?
Most of the powers are absolute, unless stated to have a limit (like Keine cannot manipulate Hieda clan's history): Power to destroy, Power to invite to death, which works on anything that can die or power to manipulate any boundary.

If there is no stated limit it's definitely more reasonable to believe touhou power levels are on a scale above DBs. Planet busting, even galaxy busting levels of strength is nothing compared to some reality warping abilities.. Hell, if you wanted to talk physical strength- while Suika says herself that Yuugi is stronger than she is in physical power but not even close in magic power. given her "COMPLETE" Control over mass and density to the point where she can multiply things, increase their size, become invulnerable through ways of dissipating herself, becoming invulnerable through infinite mass. Also giving her the ability to make her punches as strong as she wants(base oni strength is mountain busting) and making anyone elses attack as weak as she wants, she can even use this power on things without shape like SOULS.. As she showed when she made most of gensokyo have an endless feast for a week or so.. I'm not sure anyone in DB could take her. And she's not even in godtier levels on the touhou scale it seems.. Would just turn Goku into mist and then solidify him into millions of tiny pieces.. Like she did after she shattered the heavens and reformed it.
