Pretty sure this doesn't have anything to do with Monster Hunter. Yeah, the dinosaurs on the right look a tiny bit like aptonoth but I don't think I've seen any triceratops in the games before...

There's a Velocidrome and Velociprey on the back.
The artist probably inserted them on purpose.
