First, the basic coating state. Other than the skirt the rest is filled in. I usually decide what kind of checker pattern to use in my head.
Then I will insert the base line as a polygon. This time I reckon a checker pattern of 6 sets of 2 lines.
I will paint the range selected. Deselect and then on to the next set.
The base of the sewing line with this is perfect. Next, paint the bases of the other horizontal lines the same as in part 2 to 4.
These lines are perfect. From this, I will then add the cross lines.
I then put in white across lines. To this, at the border of layer effect add a black outline to emphasise its existence. Basically, put it between or near the base line so it can be seen.
Next, because the space is empty between the bases I put white lines. For a red checkered skirt, it also goes well with green.
In order to emphasise the overlapping vertical and horizontal lines, I will add green close to being black.
Include shadowing and it's perfect.

We can't, because the resolution sucks, so not everything can be read.
But even if I could read it, I'm not sharing. I can translate it....so can you.
