I believe Nero is Dante's son. Really. Just think about it. When Dante kicked Mundus ass at the end of DMC1, he said to him to give his regards to HIS SON when he (Mundus) came back. Then in the final cutscene, we see Dante, and Trish (now PURE HUMAN just as Eva was, because she cried, and devils never cry as Dante tells to her) working together in the new DNC agency. In other words, Dante and Trish could had a son in the middle of the job, which is the young we see in DMC4 almost 20 years later in the story. Plus, Nero not only has Dante's looks but also his same attitude. He could have been abandoned by them in Fortuna to avoid dragging Mundus attention so the baby could be safe, and they could keep with the asskicking.
Idk but it all makes sense to me.

U dnt get it,.. The fact that Nero was attack by a demon(Vergil because after he died came back from hell, reacts to Yamato) when as a kid injured his arm. Being badass isnt really a trait, its mostly skills,. With his devil arm is also why he CAN use yamato cuz in dmc3 vergil stab dante which gives the blood of Sparda,. N the Order stab Nero hand with the same yamato transfering the blood to Nero giving him the blood of Sparda,... Point is Nero not the son of Dante bro.
This is proof that this is Vergil's DT which Nero has now

Ok anon 2 I'd say anon 1 is actually right or at least makes more sense whether or not he is related to Dante that's more likely than him being related to Vergil and that's not Nero's DT also being stabbed has nothing to do with it considering that Dante was born with Sparda's blood
