I wonder why, most of the time, these tail butt-plugs are made with the actual plug colored differently than the tail. To me, it would make sense to color them similarly. I'm talking about in reality by the way, I'm not trying to dis this artwork. On another note I love the outfit.

The contrast attracts the eye. It's a basic rule of how our eyes work.
Consider how her black garments and pale skin stand out beside each other. As such- the cutout where her ass is is highlighted and stands out more.
There is science to what can give a good boner.
