If shes got that many spent shell casings and she hasnt moved shes both almost out of ammo, and losing.

Depends on what she's doing, if she's trying to hold her current position, then yeah she's in a bad way right now.

If she's just laying down suppression fire to keep someone at bay for awhile then I'd say she's doing fine, until she runs outta round that is.
