Actually, Cynthia isn't Chrom's daughter here. Notice how her hair isn't blue. If I'm not mistaken, Frederick must've been Cynthia's father.

this cg set has all the daughters drawn with their mother's hair color, which isn't possible ingame, but can be chalked up to artistic license to keep the pics neutral baby-daddy-wise

actually, it IS possible to see their default hairstyles if you play the future past maps before you determine the girl's father. they mostly have their mother's hair color with a few exceptions (kjelle).

Most of the pre-release and miscellaneous official artwork has the children use the same hair as their forced parent.
