Why do Hinata and Neji have only one eye with activated Byakugan? Never seen them do that.

(It makes me think that it would be pretty awesome if Hinata suddenly became relevant in the plot again because Sakura field-transplanted Neji's eyes into her, giving her Eternal Mangekyo Byakugan or something and suddenly she's a badass on the same level as Naruto and Sasuke.)
