Imma be completely honest: While this was undeniably badass, I feel it got revealed too quickly. I mean, a entire second stage just in a snap, it feels rushed you know? They could have at the very least given a minute to show precisely how Senketsu was able to unlock it. Plus Ryuuko won just by getting inside the cloth armor and being able to transform period, the second form could have waited for a later fight to give a suprise needed edge. Oh well, appearance, performance and delivery were still overall great. 9.5/10

She only transformed to destroy his outer protective layer then did a finishing blow before he was able to regenerate it.

I don't think it was really all that quick when you consider who the writers are. This is just another step in what might be an unbelievable amount of exponentially evolving steps. I honestly don't know how to describe it in a perfect term, but just expect something really TTGL coming.

There is no need for it, Kamui is not an armour in a normal sense. It merges with the user and turns their body to steel.
