Yes, leatherhead.
Tobi just magically decided to start floating in the air before Team 7 punched him. And the summons rushed Tobi for no reason. >.>

It doesn't even show them hitting him in the air though. It looks to me like he might of tried to jump out of the way. But at NO point do you see him getting hit which makes the move look weird.
