It's so saddening that there's only 143 pictures with the Bullet tag and most of them aren't even Japanese artists. Do the Japanese not like her design or character type or something? I want more of her!

Actually yes, Japan tends to be into more "soft" or "kawaii" characters. There's a reason shows like K-On are huge cash cows in Japan, and the token "moe" character is usually the most popular with Japanese fans.
