I have the Bluray import copy of it, even though I haven't watched it.
Here's the plot, courtesy of the internet.
All the candidates are sick with the "Bad End Syndrome", a disease that makes them having "horrible" nightmares (Domination Ending with a twist for Gear, Magiquone for Uni, Rom and Ram getting married with Trick). To cure them there's need of a few ingredients, so the the goddesses split up and look for them. A certain flower is needed as last ingredient, but it's not available in Gamegyokai's dimension, so Vert and Noire pass through dimensions to reach Pururut. As in V, they can't transform there, so Neptune ends up right on Noire, as usual.
After a few gags, Neptune gets reunited with Pish, who remembers her and tackles her down like always. Since Vert and Neptune's time in the dimension is limited (only three hours) they immediately head for the location of the flowers, a tower with 10000 floors...That has an elevator up to the 9999th. The group stops to fight monsters that pop up, so in the end only Pish, Neptune and Vert get near the flowers. Neptune gets them (and the anime throws in her jump catchphrase) but is soon followed by a lot of V's optional bosses. Pish transforms into Yellow Heart to fight them off, but she's overpowered. With little time to spare before the gate opens again, Neptune entrusts the flowers to Vert and helps Pish. Vert manages to warp back, but Neptune is stranded in another dimension...For about two minutes. After fiddling with the last floor warp device (a Super Famicom lookalike) she accidentally opens a permanent portal between dimensions.
Everyone can go and get back easily now, and while the goddesses visit Gamegyokai, Neptune and the others celebrate the event. Pish offers Neptune a pudding she made herself, and Puruut shows IF and Compa a photo of their counterparts as kids, not to mention making plushes of everyone.
