Because it's obvious she's smiling the first few seconds of the gif.

Only the last cple seconds is she making the stereotypical "uguuuuuu!" pain-pleasure face that japanese women tend to make.

I dunno why guys seem to think the grimace means they're not enjoying it. When it gets REAL intense you definitely grimace more than you smile, if you smile at all. That being said, she looks like she's enjoying it a lot.

I have to admit the body language, facial expressions and vocalizations in Japanese live action porn usually speak more of pain, fear and dislike than intense or even any pleasure. That might just be a cultural difference though.
