But it looks like a strap is still showing next to her hand like it would on the camera...maybe it's an editing/composite mistake? Apologies if I'm overlooking something.

Yeah, looks like the top part of the strap wasn't cleaned up when the shirt position was redrawn to show her shirt covering her again.
