Lol @ all these people always complaining about 'pain face'... "Intense pleasure face" looks EXACTLY like 'pain face'. If they're happy-facing, it might be feeling good, but probably not real intensely.

#1573518, you probably didn't have overly much sex or women you were with didn't want you to feel too bad. Any normal girl _will_ have a different face when feeling pleasure and different when in pain. Even if pleasure's quite high.
