I don't know a lot about tattoos because I've never had one but that doesn't look like a real tattoo. It looks like he just painted it on his arm with the art supplies in the background.

I wonder if we should re-tag this as bodypaint.

To jedi1357, this is just a new tatoo. They always looks like this, and you can see some "blood traces" near the feet.

You can tell that that has been etched into his skin by the redness around the motion lines on his feet. The swelling and such almost makes it look 3D.
