Itachi once said his body isn't an Uchiha clan body that goes with the sharingan. Therefore his stamina, chakra, and eyesight will be used up at a much faster rate than it would with an Uchiha. Plus Obito said that it's only temporary, so in the end Kakashi the wannabe Uchiha won't have to worry about those drawbacks for much longer.
