I don't care for the Minato-cloak. But I think Kakashi with two Sharingan is badass. Kakashi is no rip-off or wannabe Uchiha. He's been famous for years as "Kakashi of the Sharingan" because he can compete against the likes of Itachi. It was a gift from Obito and Kakashi proved himself worthy of it, making the power his own.
