Most higher-end modern female chastity belts have a slit that runs parallel with the vulva with a shield that has small holes in it, so you can pee while wearing it. You need to rinse with a bidet or shower head. (And no, you can't pleasure yourself with a shower head because the two layers of metal slow down the water stream.)
