this image helped me understand that head size is the only difference between a picture looking like a loli/kid and a picture being DFC fully grown.

she looks like an elementary school girl right? try this little excercise. open up ms paint and switch to free-form select tool. use it to select everything from the neck up on the standing girl on the right. go to resize, uncheck "maintain aspect ratio" and put horizontal to 75 and vertical to 85. drag the resized head back into position and bam. She's a short, flat-chested adult.
