yeah if rika was a boy she would be two times stronger than she was and if matt was a girl he would just be two times weaker
for matt in the end of adventure his power level is 14.4 if he turns into a she matt(female)-power lvl:7.2
rika-power lvl:32 if she turn male rika(male)-power lvl:64
anyhow matt as a girl cute
