The funny thing about this scene is that she could have use the momentum from the knee attack to at least flip around enough to land on her knees. Still would have hurt a bit, but nowhere near as much as how she landed.

That person is mean... I’m happy that completely innocent people are dead just because she cared about them even though their deaths and the deaths of innocents in general is why she hates him in the first place. I don’t care about logic or motivations because mean... and also because I’m glad there are more dead people. Fuck people.
