You can tell its Linda's style. Unfortunately this 'artist' didn't have the balls to give credit to Linda, or even act like it was someone else's work they were taking from.

Look at how poorly sketched those arms are.

Will your wrong because I actually when to check out the original post on deviantart and in the artist's disclaimer/notes he say's "This is a fanart made by me that show a sexy adult Sakura took from Kishimoto's sketches for the last Naruto's movie. I've took the original base from Linda Project and then I've developed it at my best. I really hope you'll find this picture as hot as I think". So the artist does give credit to Linda.
