Chuster, this awesome piece of Sakuga animation was done by the special animator Emi Kouno. Before complaining, you should learn what (good) animation is.

Anonymous 3, you need to learn about "Sakuga" and then hopefully you'll appreciate this scene. You are probably one of these people who think episode 167 is poorly animated...

Well, animation apart, you can't make naruto/jiraya defeat pain with a small rasengan when the body can be nailed on the ground by the kyuubi using a giant rock and be like "u mad?"
