That is the series/source tag.
The anime/manga is (as you know) TITLED "NARUTO".
I even checked the tag history to see if maybe someone had indeed tagged uzumaki_naruto, but nope. Not once.
Pay attention before you freak out next time, or, better yet, get an account and properly tag things yourself.
