If by that you mean cool imaginative porn and erotic situations then yes. Looking at most American porn is boring as hell. I found that in JAV there are some of the most erotic and arousing situations they come up with.

Same with hentai games. There is clearly a lot more thought that goes into JAV compared to western crap.
