I'm a little confused about her chest... It dose not look like she is wearing anything but you still cant see her chest... maybe there is an explanation (?)

Could that be because she's a loli-demon and therefore doesn't have a developed chest? All you'd see then would be her nips and they're covered by the strategically placed hair :)
