The reflection fails to sync in several spots. Both shoes are close enough normaly, not shown in the reflection. Part of the left back knot should be seen and is not. Her thumb can be seen slightly angled to the outside, in the reflection they are practically fully vertical. His hair passes by below shoulder lenght, in the reflection the hair is short enough to fully see the neck lace. The right pigtail is open an angled, in the reflection it is closer and more vertical (Not fully spreaded). Last the rope seems ^ open when holding her, in the reflection both rope strands are narly side by side.

For a guy who decided to go savage on inconsistencies you really didn't do a very good job. The thumbs being vertical in the reflection while SEEMINGLY not vertical normally is simply because of the perspective that angle gives, which masks that the actual thumb actually is more vertical than parallel. It's not perfect, but the perspective makes it seem worse than it is. The hair and neck lace can't be fully seen and his back is very arched so for all you know the neck lace goes further down than the hair anyway and it's simply perspective that makes the mirror image different.
The real question is why doesn't the reflection show the rope around his bicep, which is by far the most noticeable discrepancy.
