Read somewhere that she would sacrifice everything for her sisters, or something like that, so maybe she died defending them or something?, Who knows?, Might find out once the game comes out, well, if someone playing the game can read Japanese and shares the info, lol...

In Shinovi Versus it is revealed that she got killed by a Yoma that appeared during a battle she was partaking in with other Ninjas, both allied and rival alike most of whom also perished under the deadliness of the Yoma.
However due to sketchy information Ryouna and Ryoubi were lead to believe that Miyabi killed her while Miyabi was lost to dangerous ninja blood rage art which she used as a last ditched effort to defeat the Yoma. This lead to Ryouna and Ryoubi devoting their lives to first getting close to Miyabi and winning her trust thus lowering her guard then they'd kill her shortly after that while destroying everything Miyabi held dear in the process.
