Interracial attraction between the sexes has always existed and always will happen. The optimal scenario would be a society that doesn't discourage or encourage interracial sex and relationships. Notice how men will always put the blame on other men for their women's interracial "transgressions" instead of walking away and realizing maybe shes not worth it. With whites it those evil Jewish men and with blacks its the evil white devil.

It's why children born between a black and white couple generally appear lighter skin, and their child will appear lighter, and their child will appear lighter. So actually, cross-breeding with other races means they're actually breeding themselves out!
